Refund policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all orders placed with Ramp Stockist Co (a trading name of Express Matting Services Ltd), Unit 1B, Summit Works, Manchester Road, Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 5HG, United Kingdom.

Returns window

You may return items within 14 days of the day you receive your order, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You do not need to give a reason.

How to start a return

Email sales@rampstockist.co.uk with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please contact us before sending any items back.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. If an item has been used or damaged after delivery, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.

Return postage

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, we will cover the cost of the return and offer a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please email sales@rampstockist.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the goods back. If you return your whole order, the standard delivery charge you paid (if any) is also refunded. There is no restocking fee.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by emailing sales@rampstockist.co.uk, and we will refund you in full.
