2. These Terms

These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and to any order you place with us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force when you place your order will apply to that order.

3. Our products

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Images are for illustration and small variations in colour or finish may occur. Sizes and weights are approximate unless stated otherwise.

4. Prices and VAT

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at 20%. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we will contact you before processing your order and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Placing an order

When you place an order, we will email you to confirm we have received it. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, when we dispatch the goods to you. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is a pricing error; if we do, we will refund any payment in full.

6. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards (including Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and Shop Pay, processed securely by Shopify Payments. Payment is taken when you place your order.

7. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Delivery options, costs and timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy.

8. Cancellations and returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Full details of how to return items and receive a refund are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

9. Faulty goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. If any goods are faulty or not as described, please contact us at sales@rampstockist.co.uk.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for any business losses. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
