Features

  • Minimum track/wheel width of 200mm is recommended, and the maximum track width of 320mm should not be exceeded.
  • Weight: 24.5kg per ramp (49kg per pair).
  • Capacity by vehicle wheelbase: 2500kg at 1000mm, 3000kg at 1500mm and 4500kg at 2000mm.
  • Not designed for use at more than a 30% gradient.
  • Available with or without edges (supplied without edges as standard).
  • Easy to fit, European made and fully TÜV certified.
  • Two-year warranty.

Connection & Securing

  • Four connection options are available. The default is a rest-on connection with a pin, a popular choice for flatbed vehicles and tipper trucks; for beaver tail trailers a hook connection is normally recommended.
  • The curved rest-on connection has a pre-drilled hole for securing the ramps to the vehicle. The angled foot keeps the ramp on the ground, while its weight and gradient help hold it firmly in place.
  • If you need an alternative connection, such as a hook connection, just let us know after ordering.

Choosing the Right Length

  • Measure the vertical height from the ground to where the ramp will rest on your vehicle – this is your load height – and check it falls within this ramp's minimum and maximum load height.
  • For machines with low ground clearance, check suitability with us before ordering.

Good to Know

  • The stated maximum capacities only apply to vehicles with evenly distributed weight; if your vehicle's weight is not evenly spread, ask us for advice before buying.
  • Not suitable for solid wheels such as those on road surfacing machines – steel-track industrial ramps are the right choice for that machinery.
  • Custom sizes, custom load heights and bespoke ramps are available on request. For a quote we need your load height, what you are loading and its maximum weight (plus the vehicle data sheet for low-clearance machines).
  • Built to order.
  • Pictures are for illustration only; the actual product may vary slightly due to ongoing product improvements.
