Heavy Duty Aluminium Container Ramps, Pair – 2000mm L x 510mm W x 160mm H, 7500kg
£2,952.00
A pair of heavy-duty aluminium container loading ramps, each 2000mm long x 510mm wide with a 160mm profile height. With a 7,500kg capacity across the pair, they load large vehicles, heavy plant machinery and equipment into or out of containers, over kerbs and other low obstacles. This is a shorter version of a popular heavy-duty series. Price and capacity are for the pair.
Use them to safely move forklifts, excavators, dumper trucks and plant machinery on rubber tracks or rubber wheels in and out of containers or over steps. Designed for heights of 370mm to 400mm, they are ideal for ground-level shipping containers and kerbs in warehouses, industrial estates, construction sites and more.
Features
- Default curved rest-on connection with a pre-drilled hole and supplied pin to secure the ramps during loading; four connection options are available in total.
- Angled foot, precision cut for load heights of 370mm–400mm, so the ramps sit securely on the ground and give a smooth transition onto the ramp.
- High-traction, anti-slip surface for optimum grip and safety.
- Portable – weighing 30kg per ramp, they simply rest in place: line up with the wheels and start loading. No installation needed.
- No edges, for greater flexibility during loading.
- Suits track widths from 200mm to 430mm.
Build Quality & Customisation
- Made from durable aluminium in Italy (European made).
- Fully TÜV certified.
- Two-year warranty.
- Built for professional use and can be customised – wider or narrower ramps, edges, custom load heights, nylon grab handles, or a smoother gradient for items with very low ground clearance such as scissor lifts. Bespoke ramps can be quoted on request.
Good to Know
- Not suitable for the solid wheels found on road surfacing machines – these need industrial ramps designed for steel tracks.
- Product images show the rest-on connection and are for illustration only; the actual product may vary slightly due to ongoing product improvements.
Choosing Your Ramps
- Pair or single wide ramp? A pair is a light, portable choice for forklifts, cars and light machinery. If you also load pallet trucks, cages or equipment with a central wheel, a single full-width ramp may suit better.
- Why a minimum and maximum load height? The foot of each ramp is precisely cut to sit securely on the ground within the stated load-height range. Using it lower or higher than this can affect how it sits, reducing stability and capacity.
- Custom quotes: have ready your load height (the vertical height from the ground to where the ramp will rest), what you are loading and its maximum weight. For low-clearance items, the vehicle data sheet is also needed.
