Shipping policy
Ramp Stockist Co (a trading name of Express Matting Services Ltd) delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only. All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT at 20%.
Delivery cost
- Standard Delivery: £12.00 per order, whatever the order value. Delivered within 3–5 working days of dispatch.
The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Order processing and dispatch
Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are processed from the next working day.
Order confirmation and tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a dispatch email with tracking information once your order has been sent.
Delayed deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected time, please check your tracking information and then contact us at sales@rampstockist.co.uk with your order number so we can look into it.
Damaged deliveries
Please check your goods on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, email sales@rampstockist.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
