Heavy-duty mobile steel steps that make loading and unloading lorries and containers safer and quicker. With access from three sides and a gentle 45° climbing angle, they give a stable, practical way to move goods from vehicles into the warehouse.

Features

• Three exit chains let workers step safely on and off the platform wherever needed, such as onto a loading bay, container, lorry, vehicle or into the warehouse. The top chain sits at about 950mm and the lower chain at about 560mm.
• Dual chains reduce the risk of a user slipping under a single chain. Keep them fastened except when stepping from the platform onto another surface such as a lorry bed.
• Removable chains give a clear view and flexible three-sided access, ideal for bridging onto lorry beds, and let you place the steps at the approach angle that suits a tight loading bay.
• Spacious 1200mm x 700mm working platform with room for users and equipment.
• A side brake holds the steps still during use, so nobody needs to hold them.
• Fitted with wheels for easy positioning.

Build Quality

• Welded construction from Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) steel tube, light, strong and long-lasting.
• High-gloss powder coating is water-resistant, scratch-resistant, easy to clean and environmentally friendly. It is not waterproof, so the steps can be used outdoors in good weather but should be stored indoors.

Sizes

Platform heights from 1000mm (5 treads) to 1800mm (9 treads). The tread count includes the top platform, so 5 treads means 4 treads plus the platform. Treads are 700mm W x 200mm L. The main frame is about 750mm wide, and the overall width at the widest point (the axle) is 995mm.
