Folding Aluminium Van Ramp 1000mm W – 1800mm to 3000mm L, up to 1000kg

A single-piece, heavy-duty folding aluminium van ramp, 1000mm wide with a capacity of up to 1000kg. Available in 1800mm, 2000mm, 2400mm, 2600mm and 3000mm lengths, it is ideally suited to flight cases and commercial loading, for example in the events industry.

Features

• Rest-on connection: rest it on the vehicle or step and start loading. A pre-drilled hole lets you secure the ramp to the van during loading. Four connection options are available, including a hook connection, on request.
• Extended connection terminal bridges most bumpers, crash bars and tow bars.
• Angled foot, cut for the load height, sits securely on the ground and gives smooth access for castors and wheels; entry is slightly smoother than an economy ramp.
• Raised edges (29mm) on both sides stop wheels rolling off; ramps without edges are also available.
• Non-slip surface. Optimised weight helps the ramp stay connected to the van.
• No vehicle modification required.

• Lightweight 6005A aluminium, robot-welded for a solid, durable build that is easy to handle.
• Fully TÜV certified.
• Folds and lies flat for storage. Side handles for carrying.

• 2400mm L – folded 1251mm, load height 570–720mm, 48kg per ramp, 800kg capacity, ramp profile height 85mm.
• 2600mm L – folded 1386mm, load height 630–780mm, 50kg per ramp, 700kg capacity, ramp profile height 85mm.
• 3000mm L – folded 1586mm, load height 750–900mm, 57kg per ramp, 500kg capacity, ramp profile height 100mm.
