Wide Aluminium Plant Loading Ramps (Pair) 2500mm to 5000mm Long, 460mm Wide – Up to 10000kg

Wide, heavy-duty aluminium loading ramps, sold as a pair, for safely loading plant machinery into vans and trailers. Choose a length from 2500mm to 5000mm, with capacities of up to 10,000kg across the pair. They suit rubber tracked and wheeled machines, including midi excavators, site dumpers, diggers and telehandlers.

Features

• Portable, heavy-duty ramps that bridge the gap from the ground to the vehicle, protecting the machine's undercarriage from damage.
• 460mm wide with a 140mm profile height.
• Rest-on connection as standard, with a pre-drilled hole and pin to secure the ramps to your vehicle – ideal for flat-bed vehicles and tipper trucks. Four connection options are available in total; a hook connection is normally recommended for trailers such as beavertail trailers.
• Angled foot, precision-cut for the recommended load height on a 30% loading gradient, so the ramps sit securely on the ground and give a smooth entry.
• High-traction surface for optimum grip while loading.
• Supplied with no edges as standard for greater flexibility; edges can be added on request.
• Lightweight and portable: lift and move them into position when needed, and lay them flat for storage in your vehicle.
• Engineered for regular professional use and quick to set up – simply rest them on the vehicle and secure with the pin provided.

Track Widths

• Standard ramps: minimum track width 200mm, maximum track width 380mm.
• The 10,000kg and 6,870kg capacity ramps: minimum track width 300mm, maximum 380mm.
• The 8,000kg capacity ramps: minimum track width 300mm, maximum 460mm.

• Premium lightweight ramps, made in Italy and fully TÜV certified – a durable, safe choice for commercial environments.
• The stated maximum capacities are only valid for vehicles whose weight is equally distributed.
• Not suitable for solid wheels, such as those found on road surfacing machines; machines with steel tracks need industrial ramps.

Load Height & Customisation

• Each length is matched to a min–max load height (the vertical height from the ground to where the ramp rests), covering load heights from 600mm to 1500mm.
• Custom load heights, lengths and widths are available on request, and quotes for bespoke ramps can be supplied.
• For low-clearance machines, the foot of the ramp can be cut to give a smoother gradient, and a CAD simulation can be carried out to check the ramps suit your machine.
