Medium to Heavy Duty Aluminium Plant Loading Ramps (Pair) – 2500mm L x 400mm W, 7,000kg Capacity

A pair of medium to heavy duty aluminium loading ramps, each 2500mm long and 400mm wide with a 140mm profile thickness. With a combined capacity of 7,000kg, they are ideal for plant machinery, diggers and tele-handlers. The price and capacity shown are for the pair.

Features

• Supplied without side edges as standard; versions with edges are also available.
• Four connection options are available; the standard fitting is a rest-on connection.
• The curved rest-on connection has a pre-drilled hole so the ramps can be secured to the vehicle, and the angled foot keeps the base on the ground. The ramps’ own weight and gradient also help hold them firmly in place.
• Each ramp weighs 27.5kg (55kg per pair).

Sizing and Loading

• Load height: 600mm to 750mm.
• To find your load height, measure the vertical distance from the ground to where the ramps will rest on your vehicle, then choose the length whose load height range covers it.
• Track/wheel width: minimum 200mm, maximum 320mm.
• Designed for a maximum loading gradient of 30% – do not use them any steeper.
• Capacity by machine wheelbase: 5,540kg at 1000mm, 7,000kg at 1500mm, 7,000kg at 2000mm.

Good to Know

• Not suitable for machines with solid wheels, such as road surfacing machines; steel-tracked machinery needs a dedicated industrial ramp.

• For a custom quote you will need your load height, details of what you are loading and its maximum weight; for low-clearance items, the vehicle’s data sheet.
