Using Your Wheel Chock

• Chocks go on the downhill side of the wheels: when facing uphill, place them behind the rear wheels; when facing downhill, place them in front of the front wheels.
• When choosing a chock, consider the size and weight of the vehicle and the ground type. As a general rule, a chock should be at least a quarter of the height of the tyre/wheel.
