A pair of aluminium loading ramps, 3500mm long and 300mm wide with a 75mm core profile thickness. With a maximum capacity of 1750kg, they suit vans, trailers and car transporters, and are built for commercial loading of tracked plant machinery and vehicles such as diggers, tractors, dumper trucks, excavators and ride-on mowers. Features

• Track/wheel width: minimum 150mm, maximum 220mm.
• Capacity by wheelbase: 1000mm wheelbase – 1400kg; 1250mm wheelbase – 1550kg; 1500mm wheelbase – 1750kg.
• Load heights from 900mm to 1050mm.
• Non-slip aluminium ramp surface.
• The foot of each ramp is cut to suit the load height, giving a smooth entry onto the ramp.
• Four connection options are available. As standard the ramps use a curved rest-on connection with a pre-drilled hole and a pin for securing them to the vehicle, a popular choice for flatbed vehicles and tipper trucks. For beaver-tail trailers a hook connection is normally recommended. If you need an alternative connection, just let us know after ordering.
• The angled foot keeps the ramp planted on the ground, while the ramp's own weight and the loading gradient help hold it firmly in place.
• Supplied without side edges as standard for greater flexibility; a version with edges is available on request.
• Customisation available, including custom load heights, custom sizes and nylon handles.

Safety & Strength

• Designed for a maximum gradient of 30% – generally too steep for low-clearance cars, forklifts and scissor lifts, which need a lower-gradient car or container ramp or a custom solution.
• Not suitable for solid wheels, such as those on road surfacing machines; steel-tracked machinery of this type needs a dedicated industrial ramp.
• The stated maximum capacities only apply to vehicles whose weight is evenly distributed; if your vehicle's weight is not evenly spread, please check with us before ordering.
• Fully TÜV certified. Certified to safely support the stated maximum capacity; aluminium is durable and lighter than steel.
