Choosing & Using Wheel Chocks
- As a guide, choose a chock at least a quarter of the height of your tyre/wheel, and consider the vehicle size, its weight and the ground type.
- Place chocks on the downhill side: in front of the front wheels when the vehicle faces downhill, and behind the rear wheels when it faces uphill.
