A pair of heavy-duty aluminium loading ramps with a milled surface, built for the toughest work: carrying steel-tracked vehicles and equipment. Each ramp is 4000mm long x 390mm wide with a 105mm profile thickness, and the pair is rated to 6,860kg. They work well as plant ramps, digger ramps and telehandler ramps, and as heavy-duty commercial ramps.
Features
- Flat top with no external welds.
- Milled in 50/50mm steps as standard for steel-tracked machinery. A 25/30mm milled surface is available on request for machines with solid rubber wheels or rubber tracks.
- Rest-on connection as standard: the ramp simply rests on your vehicle, and a carabiner clip with steel chain is supplied to secure it. The shape of the ramp foot, the ramp angle and its weight also help keep it in place while loading.
- Other connection options, such as a hook connection, are available. Just let us know after ordering.
- Fully TÜV certified.
- Easy to fit. Made in Europe. Finished in black.

Size & Capacity
- Size (each ramp): 4000mm L x 390mm W x 105mm profile thickness.
- Load height: suits a load height of 1050mm to 1200mm (the vertical height from the ground to where the ramp rests).
- Weight: 68.50kg per ramp, 137kg per pair.
- Capacity by vehicle wheelbase: 4,575kg at 1000mm, 5,485kg at 1500mm and 6,860kg at 2000mm.
- Price and capacity are for the pair.
- The stated capacities only apply to vehicles whose weight is evenly distributed. If your vehicle's weight is not evenly spread, ask us for advice before ordering.
Custom Ramps
- Custom sizes and custom load heights are available, and bespoke ramps can be quoted on request.
- For a quote, we need your load height, details of what you are loading and its maximum weight. For low-clearance machines, please also send the vehicle's data sheet.
