A single-piece, folding aluminium loading ramp made in Italy, with a capacity of up to 1000kg. It gives a safe, reliable way to load equipment, flight cases, trolleys, cages and goods into vans or over steps. Choose a 750mm or 1000mm width and a length from 1400mm to 4400mm to suit your load height and get a smooth gradient. No installation is needed: rest it on the back of your vehicle and start loading.

Features

• Rest-on connection as standard, ideal for flat-bed vehicles. It has a pre-drilled hole and pin so you can secure the ramp to the van while loading. Four connection options are available, including a hook connection, on request.
• Extended connection terminal bridges most bumpers, crash bars and tow bars.
• Angled foot, precision-cut for the load height, gives smooth entry for castors and wheels and helps keep the ramp in place. As standard it suits a 30% gradient, in line with EU guidance for safe loading.
• Premium R13 slip-resistant surface (DGUV 108-003).
• Welded safety edges on both sides stop items slipping or wheeling off.
• No vehicle modification required. The quoted ramp length includes the rest-on connection.
• The connection, angled foot, the ramp's weight and its angle together keep it secure during loading.

Choosing & Customising

• Measure your load height, the vertical distance from the ground to where the ramp will rest. If you cannot measure it, ask your vehicle supplier. Using a ramp outside its intended height range can stop it sitting flush on the ground, which may be unsafe and can damage the ramp.
• Customisation available: the length and width can be changed, and the foot can be cut to your load height for a smoother gradient, for example for items with low ground clearance such as pallet trucks.
