Aluminium Container Ramps (Pair) – 795mm L x 300mm W, 65mm Profile, 3000kg Capacity
£1,044.00
A pair of aluminium container ramps for loading cars, ride-on mowers, forklifts and light to medium equipment on rubber tracks or rubber wheels into or out of containers, up steps and kerbs and over other low obstacles. Each ramp is 795mm L x 300mm W and the pair carries up to 3000kg. Built for professional use, they make loading easy and safe at ground-level shipping containers, in warehouses, on industrial estates and more. The price and capacity are for the pair.
Features
- Each ramp is 795mm L x 300mm W with a 65mm profile thickness, and weighs only 5kg (10kg per pair), so it is easy to lift and move into position.
- 3000kg capacity across the pair.
- The foot is precision cut for load heights of 160mm to 180mm, so the ramps sit securely on the ground and give a smooth, safe move from ground level onto the ramp.
- Takes wheels or tracks from 150mm up to 220mm wide.
- Secure connection: the curved rest-on connection has a pre-drilled hole and a supplied pin to hold the ramps to the step, container or floor during loading.
- Smooth entry: an angled foot gives a seamless transition onto the ramp.
- High-traction anti-slip surface for maximum grip and safety while loading.
- No side edges, giving more flexibility when loading.
- Easy to use: the ramps simply rest in place; line them up with the wheels of the vehicle or machine and start loading.
- Made from lightweight aluminium in Italy (European made), fully TÜV certified and suitable for professional use.
- Two-year warranty.
Connection & Customisation
- Four connection options are available; the rest-on connection is supplied as standard.
- Custom solutions are available, including custom load heights, alternative connection options, nylon grab handles, wider or narrower ramps, edges on the ramp, or a gentler gradient for items with very low ground clearance such as scissor lifts. Quotes for bespoke ramps are available on request.
- For a custom pair, you will need to supply your load height (the vertical height from the ground to where the ramp will rest), what you are loading and its maximum weight. For low-clearance items, the vehicle data sheet is also needed.
Good to Know
- Staying in place: along with the pinned connection, the angled foot grips the ground and the ramp's own weight and gradient help keep it steady.
- Load height range: using the ramps below or above the stated load height range affects how they sit and reduces their stability and capacity.
- Pair or single wide ramp? A pair is a lightweight, portable choice for forklifts, cars and light machinery. For pallet trucks, cages or equipment with a central wheel (such as 3-wheel counterbalance forklifts), a single full-width ramp is the better choice.
- Very low clearance: for machinery such as scissor lifts or very low cars, check that the vehicle can safely climb the ramp before ordering, as a custom solution may be needed.
- Not suitable for the solid wheels found on road surfacing machines; industrial steel-track ramps are needed for that kind of machinery.
