A portable, weather-resistant turning platform that lets wheelchair and mobility scooter users make a safe 90-degree turn to the left or right before heading down a ramp. It is often fitted outside homes where walls or fences leave no room for a straight ramp, and outside shops and other buildings to give users a safe place to turn so they can reach the pavement directly instead of going into the road.

Height Adjustment

• Easy to set up: insert the five support legs and twist them to your preferred height.
• 120mm option: use it without legs for an 80mm height, or fit the self-levelling legs and adjust between 105mm and 120mm.
• 230mm option: includes an extra set of taller support legs for flat ground, adjustable between 150mm and 230mm. Use it as a portable platform or bolt it down through the pre-drilled fixing points.

• A turning platform (also called a wheelchair landing) is a level, flat area where wheelchair users can change direction safely. Placed in front of an entrance, it gives a stable spot to sit and open doors without the risk of rolling back down a slope. It is also used to join two ramp sections into an L-shape where a straight ramp will not fit.
• Mobility aids vary a lot in size, so check the turning circle of your own wheelchair, scooter or walking aid before buying. Measure the space it needs to make a 90-degree turn, and think about where you naturally turn your chair at home.
