Connection & Fitting

• Supplied without side edges as standard; a version with edges is also available.
• Comes with a curved rest-on connection and a pre-drilled hole with a pin, so the ramps can be secured to the vehicle. This is a popular choice for flatbed vehicles and tipper trucks; for beaver-tail trailers a hook connection is usually the better fit.
• Four connection types are available in total. If you need something other than the rest-on connection, such as a hook, just let us know after ordering.
• The angled foot keeps the ramp planted on the ground, while the ramp's own weight and gradient help hold it firmly in place during loading.

Safety & Use

• Designed for use at a gradient of no more than 30%.
• The maximum capacities only apply when the vehicle's weight is spread evenly. If your vehicle's weight is not evenly distributed, please check suitability with us before ordering.
• Capacity depends on the vehicle's wheelbase: 1720kg at 1000mm, 1965kg at 1500mm and 2290kg at 2000mm.
• Not suitable for the solid wheels found on road surfacing machines; machinery with solid wheels or steel tracks needs an industrial ramp instead.

Choosing & Custom Options

• Finding your length: measure the vertical height from the ground to where the ramp will rest on your vehicle. This is your load height, and it should fall within this ramp's minimum and maximum load height. For low-clearance items, check suitability with us first.
• Use the ramps only within the stated load height range; outside it they will not sit flush with the ground, which can be dangerous. Ramps can be custom cut for other heights, for example to give a gentler gradient.
• Custom load heights and bespoke sizes are available, with quotes on request.
• For a custom quote we need your load height, details of what you are loading and its maximum weight. For low-clearance items, please also supply the vehicle's data sheet.
