A premium, single-piece aluminium van loading ramp with a 1000kg capacity, made for safely loading equipment, trolleys, flight cases and goods into vans or over steps. Built for commercial use, this solid TÜV-certified ramp gives a smooth, safe loading gradient. It comes in two widths, 750mm and 1000mm, and lengths from 1400mm to 5000mm. No installation is needed: simply rest it on the back of your vehicle and start loading.

• Angled foot precision-cut to match the load height, giving a smooth entry from the ground when using castors or wheels, especially useful for low-clearance items.
• Raised safety edges on both sides stop items, including trolleys and cages, rolling off.
• Extended connection terminal bridges most bumpers, crash bars and tow bars.
• Lies flat for easy storage; low maintenance, simply wipe away debris as needed.

Sizes & Choosing Your Ramp

• Usable width is 690mm on the 750mm model and 940mm on the 1000mm model.
• Lengths from 4000mm upwards are available in the 1000mm width only.
• Measure the vertical distance from the ground to where the ramp will rest; this is your load height. Maximum load height ranges from 420mm to 1500mm depending on length.
• The foot is angled to sit securely on the ground within a set load height range; using the ramp below its minimum load height means it will not sit properly, reducing stability and capacity.
• The ramp stays in place thanks to the curved rest-on connection, the angled foot, the pre-drilled securing hole, and the ramp's own weight and angle.
• Need a higher capacity? The 1000mm width is also available as our 1000mm wide heavy duty ramp with a 2000kg capacity. A folding version (up to 3m long, slightly lower capacity) is also available for limited storage space.

Connection & Custom Options

• Supplied with the rest-on connection as standard (ideal for flatbed vehicles); four connection options are available in total, including a hook connection.
• As standard the ramp is designed for loading at a 30% gradient; the foot can be precision-cut for a smoother gradient, ideal for low-clearance items such as pallet trucks.
• Length and width can be customised to suit your loading needs.
