Extra Wide Aluminium Loading Ramps (Pair) – 3000mm L x 400mm W, 100mm Profile, 2500kg Capacity

A pair of extra-wide aluminium loading ramps, 3000mm long and 400mm wide with a 100mm core profile thickness. With a maximum capacity of 2500kg, they are ideal as car ramps or lightweight plant ramps. Sold as a pair – the capacity stated is for the pair.

Features

• Track/wheel width: minimum 200mm, maximum 320mm.
• Capacity by wheelbase: 1000mm wheelbase – 1900kg; 1250mm wheelbase – 2150kg; 1500mm wheelbase – 2500kg.
• Load heights from 750mm to 900mm.
• Supplied without side edges as standard for greater flexibility; a version with edges is available on request.
• Four connection options are available. As standard the ramps use a curved rest-on connection with a pre-drilled hole and a pin for securing them to the vehicle, a popular choice for flatbed vehicles and tipper trucks. For beaver-tail trailers a hook connection is normally recommended. If you need an alternative connection, just let us know after ordering.
• The angled foot keeps the ramp planted on the ground, while the ramp's own weight and the loading gradient help hold it firmly in place.
• Custom load heights are available.

Safety

• Designed for use at a 30% gradient – generally too steep for low-clearance cars, forklifts and scissor lifts, which need a lower-gradient car or container ramp or a custom solution.
• Not suitable for solid wheels, such as those on road surfacing machines; steel-tracked machinery of this type needs a dedicated industrial ramp.
• The stated maximum capacities only apply to vehicles whose weight is evenly distributed; if your vehicle's weight is not evenly spread, please check with us before ordering.

Choosing Your Ramps

• Load height: measure the vertical height from the ground to where the ramp will rest on your vehicle. Use the ramps only within the minimum and maximum load height shown below.
• For machines or vehicles with low clearance, please ask us to check suitability before ordering.
