Extra Wide Aluminium Plant Loading Ramps (Pair) – 3000mm L x 460mm W, 140mm Profile, 7000kg Capacity

A pair of extra-wide, medium-to-heavy-duty aluminium loading ramps, 3000mm long and 460mm wide with a 140mm core profile thickness. With a maximum capacity of 7000kg, they are ideal as plant ramps, digger ramps and tele-handler ramps. Sold as a pair – the capacity stated is for the pair.

Features

• Track/wheel width: minimum 200mm, maximum 380mm.
• Capacity by wheelbase: 1000mm wheelbase – 4155kg; 1500mm wheelbase – 5540kg; 2000mm wheelbase – 7000kg.
• Load heights from 750mm to 900mm.
• Supplied without side edges as standard for greater flexibility; a version with edges is available on request.
• Four connection options are available. As standard the ramps use a curved rest-on connection with a pre-drilled hole for securing them to the vehicle. If you need an alternative connection, such as a hook connection, just let us know after ordering.
• The angled foot keeps the ramp planted on the ground, while the ramp's own weight and the loading gradient help hold it firmly in place.
• Custom load heights are available.
• Bespoke ramps and custom-built sizes can be quoted on request.
• Easy to fit and European made.

Safety

• Not designed for use above a 30% gradient.
• Not suitable for solid wheels, such as those on road surfacing machines; steel-tracked machinery of this type needs a dedicated industrial ramp.
• The stated maximum capacities only apply to vehicles whose weight is evenly distributed; if your vehicle's weight is not evenly spread, please check with us before ordering.

Choosing Your Ramps

• Load height: measure the vertical height from the ground to where the ramp will rest on your vehicle. Use the ramps only within the minimum and maximum load height shown below.
• For machines or vehicles with low clearance, please ask us to check suitability before ordering.
• Custom quotes: we need your load height, details of what you are loading and its maximum weight. For low-clearance items, please also supply the vehicle's data sheet.
