A heavy-duty 5-channel cable protector built to protect larger cables and hoses, including fire C-hoses up to 62mm in diameter, from vehicle traffic. Its transparent, yellow-tinted lid lets you insert LED light tubes that shine through, so the protector stays highly visible by day and at night. Rated at 5,000kg per 20cm x 20cm and 10,000kg per axle, it suits commercial sites, construction sites, festivals and events, indoors and outdoors.

• Interlocking design: connect several units to cover your required cable length.
• Quick to set up: rest it on the floor, open the lid and lay in the cables. The lid locks securely when closed and has a self-cleaning hinge.
• Portable, with a built-in carry handle so it can be moved when needed.

• Resistant to oil, acid, solvents and petrol.
• Temperature resistant from -30°C to +60°C, with a shore A hardness of 88 ± 4.
• Smooth surfaces, edges and corners help prevent injuries.
• Fire resistance class B2 and fire protection class E to DIN EN 13501-1. TÜV SÜD certified.
• Protects low-voltage cables up to 500V, such as communication, control and power-supply cables, as well as water and sewage pipes and hoses. Not suitable for rigid gas pipes.

Care & Maintenance

• Easy to clean, even with a steam jet cleaner; little maintenance is needed thanks to the self-cleaning lid.
• Keep the hinge area and lid clean, and lightly lubricate the hinges and closure regularly with a silicone spray. Wipe off any excess afterwards to avoid a slip risk.
