Heavy Duty Aluminium Plant Loading Ramps (Pair) – 5500mm L x 510mm W, 5,070kg Capacity

A pair of heavy duty aluminium loading ramps, each 5500mm long and 510mm wide with a 185mm profile thickness. With a combined capacity of 5,070kg, they are ideal for plant machinery, diggers and tele-handlers. The price and capacity shown are for the pair. At over half a metre wide, they give plenty of room for larger tracks and wheels.

Features

• Supplied without side edges as standard; versions with edges are also available.
• Four connection options are available; the standard fitting is a rest-on connection.
• The curved rest-on connection has a pre-drilled hole so the ramps can be secured to the vehicle, and the angled foot keeps the base on the ground. The ramps’ own weight and gradient also help hold them firmly in place.
• Each ramp weighs 86kg (172kg per pair).

Sizing and Loading

• Load height: 1500mm to 1650mm.
• Track/wheel width: minimum 200mm, maximum 430mm.
• Capacity by machine wheelbase: 3,940kg at 1000mm, 4,430kg at 1500mm, 5,070kg at 2000mm.
• The stated maximum capacities only apply when the vehicle’s weight is evenly distributed.

• Not suitable for machines with solid wheels, such as road surfacing machines; steel-tracked machinery needs a dedicated industrial ramp.
