A spacious, heavy-duty steel mobile access platform for safely reaching elevated areas in warehouses, shipping containers and lorries. Built for professional use in warehouses, factories, loading bays, industrial estates, construction sites and logistics centres, it gives a safe, stable base for picking and packing, loading and unloading vehicles, accessing warehouse shelving, maintenance and other work at height. It moves easily into position and is secured with the integrated brake. Choose a platform height from 500mm (2 treads) to 2000mm (8 treads).

Features

• 1600mm x 700mm working platform – plenty of room for users and equipment.
• Dual safety chains on the left-hand side control access and help reduce the risk of falls, while letting workers step easily between the platform and a loading bay, vehicle or other elevated area.
• Wheels let one person move the platform into position and relocate it around the site.
• Stabilising feet lower onto the ground for extra support, and the integrated brake stops movement during use: a side brake on 2- and 3-tread versions and a central brake on 4-tread versions and above, so no second person is needed to hold it.
• Anti-slip treads (700 x 200mm) in a choice of punched metal or PVC-covered, giving excellent grip when climbing or descending – confirm your preferred tread type with us after ordering.
• Built to a 60-degree angle for a comfortable climb and smooth descent.

Design & Safety

• Dual handrails and a protective guard rail help users keep 3 points of contact at all times.
• 75mm high toe board on the rear and closed side of the platform stops tools, equipment and materials falling, protecting workers below.
• High-visibility blue finish alerts passers-by, employees and drivers, helping reduce the risk of collisions with forklifts, pallet trucks and other vehicles.

Build Quality

• Robust 500kg Safe Working Load (SWL), built for regular use in demanding workplaces.
• Made from Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) steel tube – light yet strong – with securely welded joints for long-term durability.
• High-gloss powder-coated finish that is water- and scratch-resistant, easy to clean and environmentally friendly. It is not waterproof: it can be used outdoors in good weather, but store it indoors in a dry place when not in use.
• Made in Britain and delivered fully assembled.

• Custom options include alternative colours, right-hand chains, fixed sides, exit gates and double gates.
• Spare parts, including replacement wheels and castors, are available.
