A premium single-piece aluminium van ramp, 1000mm wide with a 2000kg capacity, for safely loading heavy equipment, trolleys, cages, flight cases and goods into vans or over steps. Built for commercial use and TÜV certified, it needs no installation: rest it on the back of the vehicle, secure it with the supplied pin and start loading. Choose a length from 1800mm to 3600mm.

• Premium R13 slip-resistant surface (DGUV 108-003) stops users and items slipping during loading.

• Supplied as standard with a rest-on connection, ideal for flatbed vehicles; the stated ramp lengths include this connection.
• Extended connection terminal bridges most bumpers, crash bars and tow bars.
• A pre-drilled hole and pin secure the ramp during loading – no vehicle modification needed.
• Four connection options are available, including a hook connection.
• The angled foot is precision-cut to match the load height for a smooth entry from the ground, which helps with castors, wheels and low-clearance items.
• The ramp stays in place thanks to the curved rest-on connection, the angled foot, and the ramp weight and angle.
• For load heights from 450mm to 1050mm; ramp profile height 115mm to 150mm.

• Measure the vertical distance from the ground to where the ramp will rest – this is your load height – and choose a length whose load-height range covers it.
• Do not load outside the recommended load-height range, as the ramp will not sit flush with the ground.
• As standard it is designed for loading at a 30% gradient. The foot can be cut for a smoother gradient where needed, ideal for low-clearance items such as pallet trucks and cleaning machines.
