Features

  • Curved rest-on connection sits securely on the step and stops the ramp moving during use.
  • Use as straight ramps to overcome steps or as a bridge ramp over thresholds.
  • Slip-resistant surface with a unique grip design for optimum traction.
  • Safety edges help keep users on the ramp.
  • Contrasting colour design reduces trip hazards and makes the ramps easier to see for people with limited vision.
  • Each ramp folds to half its length for storage.
  • Lightweight, with a built-on carry handle that folds flat against the side of the ramp.
  • Classified as a Class 1 Medical Device; suitable only for use as mobility aids.
  • Three-year warranty.

How to Use

Unfold the ramps and rest them on the step, doorway or kerb. Line up the wheels of the wheelchair with the ramps and start using them.

Good to Know

  • Channel ramps are lighter and usually more compact to store than a single wide ramp, and are ideal for narrow doorways. Pushing a wheelchair up channel ramps can be harder, as the person pushing needs to watch their footing.
  • Channel ramps are best suited to manual wheelchairs. Mobility scooters and electric wheelchairs often have low ground clearance, and the safety edges can catch, so check your clearance before using them with these. For low-clearance mobility aids, a folding access ramp is a better choice.
  • Pictures are for illustration only; the actual product may vary due to product improvements.
