A pair of lightweight, extra-wide aluminium loading ramps for safely loading plant machinery and vehicles onto trailers, into vans and over steps. Each ramp is 2500mm long, 500mm wide and only 65mm thick, and the pair carries up to 2000kg. Made for rubber-tracked or rubber-wheeled machines such as mini diggers, mini excavators, dumper trucks and ride-on mowers, they are widely used on construction sites, by landscape gardeners, in agriculture, by utility contractors and by plant hire companies. • Supplied with a curved rest-on connection with a pre-drilled hole, plus a pin and plates to secure the ramps to your vehicle. This is the default and suits flatbed vehicles and tipper trucks; for beaver-tail trailers a hook connection is normally recommended.
• Four connection options are available in total. To choose an alternative, such as a hook connection, just let us know after ordering.
• The foot of each ramp is precision cut at an angle for the recommended load height, giving a smooth entry from the ground.
• The angled foot keeps the ramp on the ground, while the ramp's weight and gradient help hold it firmly in place during loading.
• Supplied without side edges as standard for greater flexibility; edges are available if you need them.

• Designed for a maximum gradient of 30% so machinery can be loaded safely.
• Capacity depends on the vehicle's wheelbase: 1330kg at 1000mm, 1600kg at 1250mm and 2000kg at 1500mm.
• The maximum capacities only apply when the vehicle's weight is spread evenly. If your vehicle's weight is not evenly distributed, please check suitability with us before ordering.
• Not suitable for solid wheels, such as those on road surfacing machines; machinery with solid wheels or steel tracks needs an industrial ramp instead.
• For low-clearance cars, dedicated car ramps with a smoother gradient are the better choice.

• Finding your length: measure the vertical height from the ground to where the ramp will rest on your vehicle. This is your load height, and it should fall within this ramp's minimum and maximum load height. If you are unsure, or have a low-clearance vehicle, check suitability with us first.
