A pair of lightweight aluminium plant ramps, 2500mm long x 300mm wide with a 75mm profile thickness. Rated to 2,510kg per pair, they are ideal for loading mini diggers, lightweight tracked dumpers, excavators, ride-on mowers and similar machines. Built for professional use, they are popular in the construction and landscaping industries for loading tracked plant and vehicles such as diggers and tractors.

• Minimum track or wheel width 150mm (maximum 220mm).
• Designed for a maximum gradient of 30%.
• The foot of each ramp is cut to suit the load height for a smooth entry onto the ramp.
• Available with or without side edges – supplied without edges as standard.
• Four connection options are available. The standard rest-on connection is a popular choice for flatbed vehicles and tipper trucks; for beaver tail trailers, a hook connection is normally recommended.
• Customisations available, including custom load heights, custom sizes and nylon handles. Quotes for bespoke ramps can be provided on request.
• Fully TÜV certified, so they safely support the stated maximum capacity – and aluminium is durable and lighter than steel.

• Not suitable for solid wheels, such as those on road surfacing machines – steel-track industrial ramps are the right choice for that type of machinery.
• The 30% gradient is generally too steep for low-clearance cars, forklifts and scissor lifts – car ramps or container ramps are better suited to these, and custom solutions are available.
• The stated maximum capacities only apply to vehicles whose weight is evenly distributed. For vehicles where this is not the case, please ask us for advice before ordering.
• Capacity depends on wheelbase: 1,670kg at 1000mm, 2,010kg at 1250mm and 2,510kg at 1500mm.

• Supplied as standard with a curved rest-on connection with a pre-drilled hole for securing the ramps to the vehicle. If you need an alternative, such as a hook connection, just let us know after you order.
