Features

  • Capacity and price are for the pair.
  • Minimum track or wheel width 200mm (maximum 280mm).
  • Designed for use at a 30% gradient.
  • Available with or without side edges – supplied without edges as standard.
  • Four connection options are available. The standard rest-on connection with a pin is a popular choice for flatbed vehicles and tipper trucks; for beaver tail trailers, a hook connection is normally recommended.
  • Custom load heights available, and quotes for bespoke ramps can be provided on request.
  • Fully TÜV certified. Made in Europe.
  • Two-year warranty.

Safety & Suitability

  • Not suitable for solid wheels, such as those on road surfacing machines – steel-track industrial ramps are the right choice for that type of machinery.
  • The 30% gradient is generally too steep for low-clearance cars, forklifts and scissor lifts – car ramps or container ramps are better suited to these, and custom solutions are available.
  • The stated maximum capacities only apply to vehicles whose weight is evenly distributed. For vehicles where this is not the case, please ask us for advice before ordering.
  • Capacity depends on wheelbase: 1,900kg at 1000mm, 2,150kg at 1250mm and 2,500kg at 1500mm.
  • Images are for illustration only; the actual product may vary slightly due to product improvements.

Connection & Fitting

  • Supplied as standard with a curved rest-on connection with a pre-drilled hole for securing the ramps to the vehicle. If you need an alternative, such as a hook connection, just let us know after you order.
  • The angled foot keeps the ramp on the ground, while the ramp's own weight and gradient help hold it firmly in place.

Choosing the Right Ramp

  • Measure the vertical height from the ground to where the ramp will rest on your vehicle – this is your load height – and check it falls within the minimum and maximum load heights in the details below.
  • For items with low ground clearance, check suitability with us before ordering.
  • For a custom pair we need your load height, details of what you are loading and its maximum weight; for low-clearance items, please also provide the vehicle data sheet.
