A heavy duty 60mm high speed bump kit made from high-density recycled rubber with an internal steel plate, making it more durable and able to take heavier loads, including vans and HGVs. Designed to be crossed comfortably at up to 10mph, it is ideal for busy areas such as car parks, industrial estates, schools, business parks, private roads and driveways, for commercial or private use. Available in lengths from 1000mm to 9500mm (longer kits on request), with fixings for tarmac and concrete included.

• Highly durable 60,000kg capacity: 15,000kg per tyre, 30,000kg per axle.
• Internal steel reinforcement plate for extra strength and suitability for heavier vehicles; the rubber build helps keep noise down as vehicles pass over.
• Chequered high-traction surface grips in all weather conditions.
• Ergonomic slope for a smooth transition over the bump.
• Contrasting black and yellow finish, with 8 reflective cat's eyes on each 1m middle section for visibility in all lighting conditions.
• Modular kit: each middle section is 1000mm long and each end cap is 250mm. Kits from 1500mm upwards include two end caps for a safe, smooth transition at the ends, reducing the risk of vehicle damage and trip hazards for pedestrians and cyclists.
• Low maintenance, with replacement parts (end caps, middle sections and fixings) available separately. Can be left outside.

• Easy to fit by a handyman or builder; supplied with pre-drilled fixing points.
• Universal fixings for tarmac and concrete included: M10 bolts, 120mm long.
• A 14mm SDS Max drill bit is included free of charge.
• The fixings are designed for tarmac and concrete only; installation on block paving is not recommended.
• Kits of 2m, 3m or 4m can be supplied but will not include end caps, so a slightly longer or shorter kit with end caps is usually chosen.

• Choose the lowest suitable height to give maximum clearance for the widest range of vehicles. Not suitable for low-clearance vehicles such as forklifts.
• Install on a straight road only; vehicles should drive over the bump in a straight line, never at an angle.
• Speed bump warning signs are recommended alongside the kit.
• Get the landowner's permission before installing. The Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999 also require you to notify the emergency services and anyone who may be affected.
• Delivered on pallets. One-year warranty.
