Overview
A pair of heavy-duty aluminium container ramps rated to 7,500kg across the pair. They let you load forklifts, plant machinery and vehicles on rubber tracks or rubber wheels in and out of ground-level shipping containers, sheds and garages, or over steps and kerbs, for heights up to 400mm. Portable and easy to move between areas, they are ideal for warehouses, industrial estates, construction sites and sites with several containers.

Features
- Curved rest-on connection (default) with a pre-drilled hole and supplied pin to hold the ramps in place during loading; four connection options are available in total.
- Angled foot, precision cut for the stated load height, for a smooth entry from the ground and a secure footing.
- High-traction surface for grip while loading.
- No edges, which helps when loading low-clearance items such as forklifts.
- 150mm profile and track width from 200mm to 430mm.
- Lightweight aluminium; line the ramps up with the wheels and start loading, then lift them away and close the container doors.
- Two-year warranty.
Custom Solutions
Made in Italy and TÜV certified. Custom options include custom-cut ramps and load heights, wider or narrower ramps, edges, nylon grab handles, alternative connections and a smoother gradient for very low-clearance items such as scissor lifts. Bespoke quotes are available on request.
Good to Know
- For 3-wheel forklifts, such as 3-wheel counterbalance trucks, or anything that needs a single full-width ramp, choose a full-width ground-level container ramp instead.
- Not suitable for the solid wheels found on road-surfacing machines; machines on steel tracks need dedicated industrial ramps.
- The foot is cut to sit securely within the stated load-height range; using the ramps lower or higher than this can reduce stability and capacity.
- Check that your vehicle has enough ground clearance to climb the ramps.
- A pair suits forklifts, cars and light machinery; if you also load pallet trucks, cages or equipment with a central wheel, a single wide ramp may suit better.
- For a custom quote, have ready your load height (the vertical height from the ground to where the ramp will rest), what you are loading, its maximum weight, and the vehicle data sheet for low-clearance items.
