Features

  • Maximum capacity 1160kg across the pair. Capacity depends on the machine's wheelbase: 1000kg at 1000mm, 1070kg at 1250mm, 1160kg at 1500mm.
  • The stated capacities apply only where the vehicle's weight is spread evenly; if your machine carries more weight over one end, ask us to check suitability before ordering.
  • Tracks or wheels must be at least 150mm wide, up to a maximum of 220mm.
  • Suits a load height of 1200mm to 1350mm (measured from the ground to the point where the ramps rest).
  • Each ramp weighs 28.5kg (57kg per pair).
  • Designed for a maximum gradient of 30%; do not use them any steeper.
  • Non-slip aluminium surface.
  • The foot of each ramp is cut to suit the load height, giving a smooth run onto the ramp.
  • Made for loading tracked plant and vehicles such as diggers, tractors, excavators and ride-on mowers, and suited to professional use in construction and landscaping.
  • Not suitable for the solid wheels found on road surfacing machines; steel-tracked machinery needs industrial ramps with a suitable surface.
  • Fully TÜV certified, so they are proven to carry the stated maximum capacity. Aluminium is durable and lighter than steel.

Connection & Fixing

  • Supplied as standard with a rest-on connection with a pin, a popular choice for flatbed vehicles and tipper trucks. For beaver tail trailers a hook connection is normally recommended.
  • Four connection options are available. To change from the standard rest-on connection, for example to a hook connection, let us know after you order.
  • The curved rest-on lip has a pre-drilled hole for securing the ramp to the vehicle. The angled foot keeps the ramp on the ground, while its own weight and gradient hold it firmly in place.

Build & Customisation

  • Built without side edges as standard; versions with edges are also available.
  • Customisable: custom load heights, custom sizes and nylon handles are available.
  • Quotes for bespoke ramps are available on request.
  • Easy to fit, made in Europe and covered by a two-year warranty.

Good to Know

  • Sold as a pair; the price and capacity shown are for both ramps. A single ramp can be quoted on request.
  • A 30% gradient is usually too steep for low-clearance cars, forklifts and scissor lifts; dedicated car ramps, container ramps or a custom solution suit these better.
