Wide, heavy-duty aluminium loading ramps, sold as a pair, built for regular commercial use. With a maximum capacity of 14,000kg across the pair and lengths from 2500mm to 5000mm, they are ideal for loading rubber tracked excavators, diggers, dumpers and telehandlers. The portable ramps give a safe loading gradient, so you can load rubber tracked machinery and rubber wheeled vehicles into vans, tipper trucks and trailers with ease – ideal for construction firms, landscape gardeners and plant hire companies.

• 510mm wide with a 160mm profile height.
• Curved rest-on connection as standard, with a pre-drilled hole, pin, plates and chain to secure the ramps to your vehicle – ideal for flat-bed vehicles and tipper trucks. Four connection options are available in total, including hook connections designed for beavertail trailers.
• Angled foot, precision-cut for the recommended load height, so the ramps sit securely on the ground and give a smooth entry.
• High-traction surface built for optimum grip when loading plant machinery.
• Supplied with no edges as standard for greater flexibility, which stops machinery catching on the ramps; edges can be added on request.
• Lightweight and portable: after loading, simply lift and move the ramps for storage. Ideal for use across a fleet of vehicles or on rental vans.

• Standard ramps: minimum track width 200mm, maximum track width 430mm.
• Exceptions: the 2500mm x 510mm 14000kg loading ramps and the 3000mm x 510mm 12650kg loading ramps have a minimum track width of 400mm and a maximum of 580mm.

• Designed for a maximum gradient of 30%, in line with EU guidelines.
• Premium lightweight ramps, made in Italy and fully TÜV certified – tested to the stated capacity so you can load with confidence.
• The stated maximum capacities are only valid for vehicles whose weight is equally distributed.
• Not suitable for solid wheels, such as those found on road surfacing machines; machines with steel tracks need industrial ramps.
• Two-year warranty.

• Each length is matched to a min–max load height (the vertical height from the ground to where the ramp rests), covering load heights from 600mm to 1500mm.
• Can be customised on request, including custom load heights, widths and lengths, and adding edges and carry handles. Quotes for bespoke ramps can be supplied.
• For low-clearance machines, the foot of the ramp can be cut to give a smoother gradient, and a CAD simulation can be carried out to check the ramps suit your machine.
