Aluminium Pallet Truck & Container Ramp 1800mm to 2400mm L – 1000mm W, 1000kg Capacity

A one-piece, heavy-duty aluminium loading ramp, 1000mm wide and rated to 1000kg, made for pushing manual pallet trucks into containers or over kerbs. It is designed around the low ground clearance of pallet trucks, and also suits cages, trolleys and flight cases over steps, doorways and kerbs in warehouses, commercial sites and industrial units. Available in 1800mm, 2000mm and 2400mm lengths, for load heights between 150mm and 400mm.

• Rest-on connection: just rest it in place and start loading. The curved connection has a pre-drilled hole and pin so you can secure the ramp while it is in use.
• Angled foot gives a smooth entry for castors and wheels and sits the ramp securely on the ground; the ramp's weight and angle also help it stay in place.
• Flat top with no edges, so low-clearance items do not catch on the sides and are easier to handle.
• Full-width R13 slip-resistant surface (DGUV 108-003) for optimum traction.
• Shallow gradient for easier loading.

• Check that your chosen length gives a suitable gradient for the item you are loading before ordering, as this varies by item.
• It suits trolleys and cages over a step, as long as you stay within the recommended load height and capacity.
• Compared with a wedge ramp, this ramp works across a wider range of heights, so it is the better choice if you will use it in several locations; a wedge ramp only suits one specific height.
• For heights below 150mm, aluminium wedge ramps suit heights from 10mm to 170mm.
• It can be used with electric pallet trucks, but many have very low ground clearance, so check your load height and the truck's data sheet for suitability first.
