Professional Aluminium Plant Loading Ramps (Pair) – 2000mm L x 300mm W, 3,500kg Capacity

A pair of professional aluminium loading ramps, each 2000mm long and 300mm wide with a 75mm profile thickness. With a combined capacity of 3,500kg, they are ideal for loading tracked machinery onto vans, trailers and car transporters. The price and capacity shown are for the pair.

• Supplied without side edges as standard; versions with edges are also available.
• Four connection options are available; the standard fitting is a rest-on connection with a pin, a popular choice for flatbed vehicles and tipper trucks; a hook connection is normally recommended for beaver tail trailers.
• The curved rest-on connection has a pre-drilled hole so the ramps can be secured to the vehicle, and the angled foot keeps the base on the ground. The ramps’ own weight and gradient also help hold them firmly in place.
• Each ramp weighs 14kg (28kg per pair).

• Designed for a maximum loading gradient of 30% – do not use them any steeper.

• The stated maximum capacities only apply when the vehicle’s weight is evenly distributed.

• Not suitable for machines with solid wheels, such as road surfacing machines; steel-tracked machinery needs a dedicated industrial ramp.
• The 30% gradient is generally too steep for low-clearance cars, forklifts and scissor lifts; a car ramp or container ramp is the better choice for those, or a custom solution can be made.
