This policy explains how to cancel an order placed with Ramp Stockist Co.
Before your order is dispatched
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number. We will confirm the cancellation and refund you in full to your original payment method.
After your order is dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you still have the right to return it within 14 days of the day you receive it. How to do this is explained in our Refund & returns policy.
If we cancel your order
We may cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or there is a pricing error. If we do, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
VAT relief orders
VAT relief cannot be added to an order after it has been paid. If you meant to claim VAT relief, cancel the order before dispatch and place it again with the VAT relief declaration completed.
