A modular aluminium wheelchair ramp for public buildings, commercial premises and homes, giving reliable access for wheelchair, mobility scooter and walking aid users. It can be configured to fit the space you have, and its freestanding design means no building changes are needed. Made in Sweden from rust-resistant aluminium for use in all weathers, it has a perforated anti-slip surface, safety edges and optional handrails.

• Perforated anti-slip surface for strong grip in all weathers; the mesh lets water drain straight through.

• Smooth gradient for pedestrians, manual and electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters and walkers. The recommended gradient is 1:15, and it can be set as steep as 1:10 where space is limited.
• Aluminium construction: lightweight, rust-resistant and low-maintenance. Can be left outside.
• Safety edges help keep users on the ramp.
• Available with or without handrails.
• The 1500mm x 1500mm turning platform gives a safe, level spot to wait while opening or closing doors, and room to turn before going down the ramp.

• Take it apart when needed, for example for temporary access at an event, when leaving a rented property, or during building work and maintenance.
• Extra parts can be bought later, for example after damage, to change the layout, or to extend it if you move home or change your driveway or garden.
• Bespoke systems are available, including side steps, an extra platform, U-shaped handrails at the end of the ramp, contrast markers for people with impaired vision, longer ramp lengths and alternative ground connections.

• Length: measure the vertical height you need to rise, then multiply it by the gradient (for example ×15 for 1:15) to find the approximate ramp length.
• Handrails: at home they are a personal choice. They help people using a rollator or walking stick, and help electric wheelchair users less. In public or shared areas, especially for higher rises, handrails are recommended.
• Regulations: because it is portable and temporary, it does not need to meet Part M or Part K building regulations. A compliant specification is available on request.
