Lightweight Aluminium Plant Loading Ramps (Pair) – 1500mm L x 300mm W, 2,700kg Capacity

A pair of lightweight aluminium loading ramps, each 1500mm long and 300mm wide with a 65mm profile thickness. With a combined capacity of 2,700kg, they are ideal for lightweight plant machinery with rubber tracks or rubber wheels, such as mini diggers, mini excavators, dumper trucks and ride-on mowers. • Ideal for loading onto low-bed trailers, into vans and over steps, and widely used on construction sites, by landscape gardeners, in agriculture, by utility contractors and by plant hire companies.
• High-traction grip surface for safer loading.
• The foot is precision cut for the recommended load height, giving a smooth run-on from ground level.
• The rest-on connection is well suited to flat-bed vehicles.
• Only 65mm thick and lies flat, so the pair stores easily in a van or trailer. Light enough for one person to lift and move into position.
• Supplied without side edges as standard; versions with edges are also available.
• Four connection options are available; the standard fitting is a rest-on connection, fitted with a pin and plates.
• The curved rest-on connection has a pre-drilled hole so the ramps can be secured to the vehicle, and the angled foot keeps the base on the ground. The ramps’ own weight and gradient also help hold them firmly in place.
• Non-folding design – folding ramps are not suitable for safely loading heavy equipment at these capacities.
• Each ramp weighs 8.5kg (17kg per pair).

• Load height: 300mm to 450mm.
• To find your load height, measure the vertical distance from the ground to where the ramps will rest on your vehicle, then choose the length whose load height range covers it.
• Track/wheel width: minimum 150mm, maximum 220mm.
• Designed for a maximum loading gradient of 30% – do not use them any steeper.
• Capacity by machine wheelbase: 2,700kg at 1000mm, 2,700kg at 1250mm, 2,700kg at 1500mm.
• The stated maximum capacities only apply when the vehicle’s weight is evenly distributed.

• Not suitable for machines with solid wheels, such as road surfacing machines; steel-tracked machinery needs a dedicated industrial ramp.
• For loading low-clearance cars, a car ramp with a gentler gradient is the better choice.
