Heavy Duty Milled Aluminium Loading Ramps – 1500mm L x 390mm W, 21500kg (Pair)

A pair of our heaviest-duty aluminium loading ramps, built to carry steel-tracked vehicles and equipment. Each ramp is 1500mm long x 390mm wide with a 105mm core profile thickness, and together they carry up to 21,500kg – ideal as plant ramps, digger ramps and telehandler ramps, and for heavy-duty commercial use. • 21,500kg capacity per pair, at wheelbases of 1000mm, 1500mm and 2000mm.
• Flat top with no external welds.
• Milled surface in 50/50mm steps as standard for steel-tracked machinery; a 25/30mm milled surface is available on request for rubber-tracked machinery or solid rubber wheels.
• Load height 300mm – 450mm; each ramp weighs 28.5kg (57kg per pair).
• Fully TÜV certified and European made.
• Two-year warranty.

• Standard rest-on connection that simply rests on your vehicle; a carabiner clip with steel chain is supplied to secure the ramp. The ramp foot, angle and weight also help keep it in place during loading.
• Alternative connections, such as a hook connection, are available – just let us know after your purchase.
• Stated capacities apply only to vehicles whose weight is evenly distributed.

• Custom sizes, custom load heights and fully bespoke ramps are available on request; we will need your load height (ground to where the ramp rests), what you are loading and its maximum weight, plus the vehicle data sheet for low-clearance machines.
