Extra Wide Aluminium Loading Ramps (Pair) – 2000mm L x 500mm W, 2450kg Capacity

A pair of heavy-duty, extra-wide aluminium loading ramps for loading machinery and vehicles with rubber tracks or rubber wheels into vans and trailers and over steps. Each ramp is 2000mm long x 500mm wide with a slim 65mm profile, and the pair has a capacity of 2450kg. They suit mini diggers, mini excavators, dumper trucks, ride-on mowers, cars and similar, and are widely used on construction sites and by landscape gardeners, the agricultural sector, utility contractors and plant hire companies.

• Rest-on connection as standard, with a curved end, pre-drilled hole, pin and plates to secure the ramps to your vehicle. This suits flat-bed vehicles and tipper trucks; for beaver-tail trailers a hook connection is normally recommended. Four connection options are available in total.
• The angled foot is precision cut for the recommended load height, giving a smooth entry from ground level. The ramps' weight and gradient also help hold them firmly in place.
• 500mm wide per ramp, made for vehicles with wider tyres or tracks.
• Designed for a maximum gradient of 30%.
• Non-folding, lightweight design: each ramp weighs only 15kg, so one person can lift and position it, and the ramps lie flat for easy storage in a van or trailer.
• Supplied without edges as standard for greater flexibility; edges are available on request.

• Measure the vertical height from the ground to where the ramp will rest on your vehicle; this is your load height and should fall between 450mm and 600mm.
• Custom load heights, alternative lengths and widths and other bespoke ramps can be made on request.
• For low-clearance cars, dedicated car ramps with a smoother gradient are a better choice.
• Not suitable for solid wheels such as those on road surfacing machines; industrial ramps for steel tracks are needed for that type of machinery.
• Stated capacities apply only to vehicles with evenly distributed weight.
• Folding versions are not offered, as folding designs are not suitable for safely loading heavy equipment at these capacities.
