2200mm Wide Aluminium Pallet Truck Ramp – 1000kg or 2000kg, 100mm to 300mm Load Heights

A heavy-duty aluminium ramp that spans the full width of a container at 2200mm wide. It makes it easy to load and unload manual and electric pallet trucks, cages and trolleys into containers, or over steps and thresholds on commercial and industrial sites. Choose a load height from 100mm to 300mm and a capacity of 1000kg or 2000kg.

• 2200mm wide to cover the whole container width, and about 1560mm long for a smooth, easy loading gradient.
• 1000kg or 2000kg capacity; the 1000kg rating is based on a 1000mm wheelbase.
• Made from high-strength aluminium with an R13-certified anti-slip surface.
• No installation – the smooth head connection simply rests on the container or step for an easy entry.
• The angled foot is cut to your load height, so the ramp sits firmly on the ground and gives a smooth run onto it; the ramp's weight also helps hold it in place.
• Supplied with steel safety chains to secure the ramp during use.
• Cut-out grooves underneath let a forklift lift and position the ramp.
• Supplied without side edges.
• Can also be used for lightweight plant machinery with a wheelbase of 1000mm or more.

• Not suitable for forklifts to drive over, and not suitable for steel-tracked vehicles.
• The ramp is heavy, so at least two people are needed to move it by hand.
• Customisation available at extra cost, such as nylon handles for moving it by hand, or a version for load heights below 100mm.
