A heavy-duty manual pallet truck for moving UK and EU pallets around the warehouse with ease. Rated to 2,500kg, it runs on polyurethane (PU) wheels for quiet operation, excellent traction and less marking on polished and laminated floors.

• Delivered largely pre-assembled – only the handle needs fitting before use, which usually takes around 15 minutes.
• You will need an 8mm spanner to attach the handle chain, plus a hammer and 5mm parallel pin punch for the pin that holds the hinge. Tools are not supplied.

• PU wheels are best on smooth, flat floors indoors. For rough or uneven ground and outdoor surfaces, nylon wheels are generally recommended.
• Depending on the wheel type, pallet trucks can leave marks on floors; PU wheels are recommended where you want to minimise marking on sensitive and soft floors.
• The truck can be used on ramps. Manual pallet trucks have low ground clearance, so a long ramp is generally recommended to stop them grounding out.
• Pallet trucks are lifting equipment covered by PUWER. They should be inspected annually by a third party, with regular in-house checks (including daily operator checks before use), and records kept of all examinations and inspections.
