Features

  • Supplied without edges as standard; a version with edges is also available.
  • Custom load heights and custom-built sizes are available, with quotes for bespoke ramps on request.
  • Fully TÜV certified.
  • European made and easy to fit.
  • Two-year warranty.

Size & Capacity

  • Size per ramp: 4000mm L x 400mm W x 125mm profile thickness.
  • Track/wheel width: minimum 200mm, maximum 320mm.
  • Capacity by wheelbase (pair): 2,290kg at a 1000mm wheelbase, 2,750kg at a 1500mm wheelbase, 3,435kg at a 2000mm wheelbase.
  • Weight: 36.5kg per ramp (73kg per pair).

Load Height & Gradient

  • Load height range: 1050mm to 1200mm (measured vertically from the ground to the point where the ramp rests on the vehicle).
  • Not designed for use at gradients steeper than 30%.
  • To check suitability, measure your load height and make sure it falls within the range above. For machines with low ground clearance, ask us to check suitability first.
  • Do not use the ramps outside the recommended load height range – they will not sit flush with the ground, which can be dangerous. Custom-cut ramps for other heights, for example to give a gentler gradient, are available.

Connection & Fitting

  • Four connection options are available. The default is the rest-on connection with a pin, a popular choice for flatbed vehicles and tipper trucks; a hook connection is normally recommended for beaver tail trailers.
  • The standard curved rest-on connection has a pre-drilled hole for securing the ramp to the vehicle. The angled foot keeps the ramp on the ground, while the ramp’s own weight and the gradient hold it firmly in place.
  • If you need a different connection, such as a hook, just let us know after placing your order.

Good to Know

  • Not suitable for solid wheels, such as those on road surfacing machines; a dedicated industrial ramp for steel tracks is needed for that type of machinery.
  • For a customised pair, we need your load height, details of what you are loading and its maximum weight; for low-clearance machines please also provide the vehicle data sheet.
  • Images are for illustration only; the actual product may vary slightly due to product improvements.
