Features

  • Each ramp is 5000mm L x 400mm W x 150mm and weighs 53.5kg (107kg per pair), with a usable width of 340mm.
  • Maximum capacity 3435kg across the pair. Capacity by vehicle wheelbase: 2575kg at 1000mm, 2945kg at 1500mm and 3435kg at 2000mm.
  • Suits load heights from 1350mm to 1500mm.
  • Takes tracks or wheels from 200mm up to 320mm wide.
  • Rest-on connection with a pre-drilled hole as standard.
  • Supplied without side edges as standard; versions with edges are also available.
  • European made and fully TÜV certified.
  • Two-year warranty.

Connection & Customisation

  • Four connection options are available. An alternative connection, such as a hook connection, can be requested after ordering.
  • Custom load heights are available, and quotes for bespoke ramps can be provided on request.
  • For a custom pair, you will need to supply your load height (the vertical height from the ground to where the ramp will rest), what you are loading and its maximum weight. For low-clearance items, the vehicle data sheet is also needed.

Good to Know

  • Choosing the right length: measure the vertical height from the ground to where the ramp will rest on your van, trailer or vehicle (your load height), then check it falls within the minimum and maximum load height above. For low-clearance items, check suitability before ordering.
  • Staying in place: the curved rest-on connection has a pre-drilled hole for securing to the vehicle, the angled foot keeps the ramp on the ground, and the ramp's own weight and gradient help hold it steady.
  • Not designed for use at more than a 30% gradient.
  • The stated maximum capacities only apply to vehicles with evenly distributed weight; for vehicles where the weight is not evenly spread, get advice before use.
  • Not suitable for the solid wheels found on road surfacing machines; industrial steel-track ramps are needed for that kind of machinery.
  • Product images are for illustration only; the actual product may differ slightly due to product improvements.
