Recycled UHMW-PE Outrigger Pad – 300mm to 600mm Square, up to 25,000kg

Square outrigger (stabiliser) pads in four sizes, rated up to 25,000kg, that make sites safer and protect the ground underneath. Used under heavy plant such as cranes, MEWPs, telehandlers, cherry pickers, recovery vehicles and access platforms, the non-slip pads spread the load evenly. They are made from 100% recycled Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE) and resist water, oils and chemicals.

• Available as 300 x 300 x 30mm, 400 x 400 x 40mm, 500 x 500 x 50mm and 600 x 600 x 60mm.
• The size you need depends on the outrigger load, the ground conditions and the size of the outrigger foot. The maximum load per outrigger is usually marked on the outrigger or in the operator manual.
• Soft ground such as wet soil bears less pressure, so the load must be spread over a larger area – choose a larger pad. On firm ground a smaller pad is generally enough.
• A premium version made from virgin UHMW-PE is also available, offering higher tensile strength, better impact resistance and longer-term durability.

Clean the pads after use to remove debris, dirt and liquids, and store them somewhere dry. Inspect them regularly for damage, wear, cracks or deformation.
