Features

  • Each ramp is 1000mm x 510mm x 140mm and weighs 15.5kg (31kg per pair), so they are easy to carry and position.
  • 7500kg capacity across the pair.
  • Suits load heights from 170mm to 210mm.
  • Rest-on connection with a pre-drilled hole, so the ramps can be secured during loading.
  • The foot is cut to suit the stated load height so the ramp sits securely on the ground, and it is angled for a smooth entry onto the ramp.
  • No side edges, giving more freedom when lining up wheels or tracks.
  • Made from aluminium in Europe and fully TÜV certified.
  • Two-year warranty.

Connection & Customisation

  • Four connection options are available; the ramps are supplied with the rest-on connection as standard.
  • Custom load heights are available, and quotes for bespoke ramps can be provided on request.
  • For a custom pair, you will need to supply your load height (the vertical height from the ground to where the ramp will rest), what you are loading and its maximum weight. For low-clearance items, the vehicle data sheet is also needed.

Good to Know

  • Staying in place: the curved rest-on connection has a pre-drilled hole for fixing to the container or floor, the angled foot grips the ground, and the ramp's own weight and gradient help hold it steady.
  • Load height range: the foot is precisely cut for the stated minimum to maximum load height. Using the ramp lower or higher than this range affects how it sits and reduces its stability and capacity.
  • Pair or single wide ramp? A pair is a lightweight, portable choice for forklifts, cars and light machinery. For pallet trucks, cages or equipment with a central wheel, a single wide ramp may suit better.
  • Not suitable for the solid wheels found on road surfacing machines; industrial steel-track ramps are needed for that kind of machinery.
