Overview
One of the heaviest-duty ramp pairs available, these aluminium loading ramps are each 2500mm L x 580mm W with a 230mm core profile thickness. At over half a metre wide and with a maximum capacity of 16000kg, they are ideal as industrial plant ramps and heavy-duty commercial ramps. The price and capacity are for the pair, and custom-built sizes are available on request.

Features
- Each ramp is 2500mm L x 580mm W x 230mm and weighs 55.5kg (111kg per pair).
- Maximum capacity 16000kg across the pair, rated at 16000kg for vehicle wheelbases of 1000mm, 1500mm and 2000mm.
- Suits load heights from 600mm to 750mm.
- Takes tracks or wheels from a minimum of 300mm up to 480mm wide.
- Rest-on connection with a pre-drilled hole as standard.
- Supplied without side edges as standard; versions with edges are also available.
- European made and fully TÜV certified.
- Two-year warranty.
Connection & Customisation
- Four connection options are available. An alternative connection, such as a hook connection, can be requested after ordering.
- Custom load heights are available, including custom-cut ramps for other heights (for example, to get a smoother gradient). Quotes for bespoke ramps can be provided on request.
- For a custom pair, you will need to supply your load height (the vertical height from the ground to where the ramp will rest), what you are loading and its maximum weight. For low-clearance items, the vehicle data sheet is also needed.
Good to Know
- Use within the load height range: loading outside the stated minimum and maximum load height can be dangerous, because the ramps will not sit flush with the ground.
- Staying in place: the curved rest-on connection has a pre-drilled hole for securing to the vehicle, the angled foot keeps the ramp on the ground, and the ramp's own weight and gradient help hold it steady.
- The stated maximum capacities only apply to vehicles with evenly distributed weight; for vehicles where the weight is not evenly spread, get advice before use.
- Not suitable for the solid wheels found on road surfacing machines; industrial steel-track ramps are needed for that kind of machinery.
- Product images are for illustration only; the actual product may differ slightly due to product improvements.
