One of the two heaviest-duty ramps in the standard range: a pair of aluminium loading ramps 3000mm long and 580mm wide – over half a metre – with a 230mm core profile thickness. With a maximum capacity of 16,000kg, they are ideal as industrial plant ramps and heavy-duty commercial ramps. Sold as a pair – the capacity stated is for the pair.

• Track/wheel width: minimum 300mm, maximum 480mm.
• Capacity by wheelbase: 1000mm wheelbase – 15010kg; 1500mm wheelbase – 16000kg; 2000mm wheelbase – 16000kg.
• Load heights from 750mm to 900mm.
• Supplied without side edges as standard for greater flexibility; a version with edges is available on request.
• Four connection options are available. As standard the ramps use a curved rest-on connection with a pre-drilled hole for securing them to the vehicle. If you need an alternative connection, such as a hook connection, just let us know after ordering.
• The angled foot keeps the ramp planted on the ground, while the ramp's own weight and the loading gradient help hold it firmly in place.
• Bespoke ramps and custom-built sizes can be quoted on request.

• Not suitable for solid wheels, such as those on road surfacing machines; steel-tracked machinery of this type needs a dedicated industrial ramp.
• The stated maximum capacities only apply to vehicles whose weight is evenly distributed; if your vehicle's weight is not evenly spread, please check with us before ordering.
• Fully TÜV certified.

• Loading outside the recommended height range can be dangerous because the ramps will not sit flush with the ground. Ramps custom-cut for other heights, for example to give a smoother gradient, are available.
• Custom quotes: we need your load height, details of what you are loading and its maximum weight. For low-clearance items, please also supply the vehicle's data sheet.
