Aluminium Wedge Loading Ramp 60mm to 170mm H x 950mm W – 1000kg, R13 Anti-Slip, TÜV Certified

A lightweight aluminium wedge ramp that lets trolleys, cages and pallet trucks roll easily over kerbs, steps and small height differences, or into containers. Available in heights from 60mm to 170mm, it is 950mm wide and rated to 1000kg. TÜV certified, made in Europe and customisable.

• Maximum load capacity of 1000kg at a 1000mm wheelbase.
• Made from high-resistance aluminium with robot-welded construction for a solid, strong and durable build.
• R13 slip resistance to DGUV 108-003, and fully TÜV certified.
• No side edges, ideal for items with low clearance, and suitable for caster wheels and small solid wheels.
• Smooth gradient for easy loading: built to a minimum of 1:6, with some heights built to 1:10.
• Lightweight and portable: simply put the ramp in place and start loading. It sits against the step rather than resting on the doorway.
• Two-year warranty.

• Each wedge ramp works at one set height, so choose the height that matches your step or kerb.
• Not suitable for forklifts; aluminium container ramps are the right choice for loading forklifts.
• Generally suitable for electric pallet trucks within the recommended load height and capacity, but many have very low ground clearance, so check your truck's data sheet against your load height before ordering.
• Custom solutions are available, including capacities up to 3000kg and custom widths. For a custom ramp you will need your load height, details and maximum weight of the load, and any preferred width and length.
