A premium heavy duty aluminium truck ramp, 750mm wide, with a 1000kg capacity. Built for commercial use, it is ideal for safely loading goods, equipment, trolleys and flight cases into vans and trucks or over steps. Made in Italy, this solid ramp is TÜV certified, gives a smooth, safe loading gradient and has an R13 slip-resistant surface for extra safety. It can be customised where needed.

• Rest-on connection: just rest it on your truck and start loading; no vehicle modification needed. A pre-drilled hole and the supplied pin secure the ramp during loading.
• Extended connection terminal bridges most bumpers, crash bars and tow bars.

• 29mm raised safety edges on each side stop items, including trolleys and cages, rolling off (ramps without edges are also available).
• Lies flat for easy storage; low maintenance, simply wipe away debris as needed.

• Supplied with the rest-on connection as standard (ideal for flatbed vehicles); four connection options are available, including a hook connection designed for beaver tail trailers.
• As standard the ramp is designed for loading at a 30% gradient; the foot can be precision-cut for a smoother gradient, ideal for low-clearance items such as pallet trucks.
• Bespoke ramps can be built to any length or width, or with nylon grab handles.

• Maximum load height ranges from 780mm to 1050mm and weight from 24kg to 45kg, depending on length.
• The ramp stays securely in place thanks to the curved rest-on connection with pre-drilled hole, the angled foot, and the ramp's own weight and angle.
• Also available 1000mm wide, with a 1000kg or 2000kg capacity. A folding version is available for a more compact solution.
• For machinery such as ride-on mowers, dumper trucks or diggers, a pair of plant ramps is generally recommended, as their surface is designed for this and they are lighter to handle.
• Meets the EU recommended gradient guidelines. Because of its weight, carry out a manual handling risk assessment; two people are usually needed.
