Aluminium Plant Loading Ramps (Pair) – 1500mm to 4500mm L x 300mm W, up to 3500kg
Not sure it suits your machine?
Send us your load height and machine weight — we'll confirm the right ramp before you order.
Overview
A pair of heavy-duty, non-folding aluminium ramps rated up to 3,500kg across the pair. They safely load plant machinery on rubber tracks or rubber wheels onto trailers, into vans and over steps, including micro and mini diggers, mini excavators, dumpers, ride-on mowers and cars. Popular with construction sites, landscape gardeners, agricultural users, utility contractors and plant hire firms.

Features
- 300mm wide, with a track width from 150mm to 220mm.
- Low profile, just 65mm to 75mm thick depending on the ramp you choose.
- Ideal for medium and lightweight plant machinery, and suitable as car ramps.
- Four connection options; the default curved rest-on connection, with a pre-drilled hole plus the supplied pin and plates, suits flat-bed vehicles and tipper trucks. A hook connection is normally recommended for trailers such as beavertail trailers; ask for an alternative connection after ordering.
- Angled foot, cut for the recommended load height, keeps the ramps planted and gives a seamless move from the ground onto the ramp.
- High-traction surface for optimum grip while loading.
- No edges as standard for greater flexibility; edges are available on request.
- Portable: simply rest the ramps on your vehicle, with no vehicle modifications needed, and lay them flat for storage.
- Designed for a maximum loading gradient of 30%, in line with EU guidelines.
- Two-year warranty.
Custom Solutions
Made in Italy and TÜV certified. Custom options include other lengths and widths, edges, carry handles and custom load heights. For low-clearance items the foot can be cut for a smoother gradient, and a CAD simulation can check that the ramps suit your machine. Bespoke quotes are available on request.
Good to Know
- Not suitable for the solid wheels found on road-surfacing machines; machines on steel tracks need dedicated industrial ramps.
- Stated capacities only apply when the vehicle's weight is evenly distributed.
- To pick a length, measure the vertical height from the ground to where the ramp will rest. Each length has a minimum and maximum load height, based on a maximum 30% gradient in line with EU guidelines.
- For low-clearance cars, dedicated car ramps give a smoother gradient.
- Price and capacity are for the pair.
